Question:

Why would a seller pay the buyer’s closing costs?

Answer:

It is not uncommon for the buyer to ask the seller to pay for a portion of the their closing costs.  Many buyers today, particularly first time buyers, have good incomes, secure jobs, good credit, just enough money to pay the down payment but are short on closing cost funds. Technically that’s not the seller’s problem, but this can be turned into a win-win for both parties. You as a seller know how much you want as your in-the-pocket net. Buyer’s closing assistance can be negotiated into the purchase price, thus giving you the net sale price that you want — and your home is sold.

My ability to negotiate is one of the most important services that I can provide you. If this is your time to make a move, let me put my years of experience to work for you.  Call or text and let’s get started. 216-534-7653
