Nordonia Knights blew out Cuyahoga Falls 16-3 on Tuesday.
Nordonia Knights opened up scoring in the first inning. Luke Jackson drew a walk, scoring one run.

Nordonia Knights tallied eight runs in the third inning. Nordonia Knights offense in the inning was led by Aidan McFerren, Brendan O’Donnell, Robby Levak, Jackson, Jacob Kraus, and Matt Yokiel, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Joey Derusso got the win for Nordonia Knights. He lasted four innings, allowing five hits and two runs while striking out four. Ryan Short threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Nagel took the loss for Cuyahoga Falls. He allowed two hits and five runs over one-third of an inning.

Nordonia Knights scattered 17 hits in the game. McFerren, Justin Lewis, Yokiel, Derusso, Jackson, and Kraus all had multiple hits for Nordonia Knights. McFerren led Nordonia Knights with three hits in three at bats.

Jellison went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Cuyahoga Falls in hits. Cuyahoga Falls was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Tompkins had the most chances in the field with four.
