On July 13, at approximately 1:30 p.m., members of the Summit Metro Crash Response Team responded to the intersection of Ravenna Road and Old Mill Road in Twinsburg Township in regards to a motorcycle crash. The rider of a 2003 Harley Davidson lost control of his motorcycle near the intersection and he was subsequently thrown from the motorcycle. The rider was identified as a 52 year old male from the city of Twinsburg. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Local roads were closed for approximately 4 hours.
The crash is currently under investigation by the Summit Metro Crash Response Team.
