“Hurricane Harvey” Fundraiser Spearheaded by Nordonia High School’s Student Council

“Hurricane Harvey” tragedy – Nordonia High School’s Student Council is heading up a fundraiser, in partnership with all other Nordonia Hills City Schools, to adopt Rockport High School, in Rockport Texas, to aid the students in getting back on track with education.

We are asking anyone and everyone to help by donating school supplies and or money to help the Rockport teachers and students.

These supply donations can be dropped off in collection boxes at Nordonia High School in the main entrance. There will also be collection boxes at the entrance gates of the Nordonia vs Woodridge Home Football game this Friday, September 1st. If you have monetary donations, there will be Student Council members with collection containers to drop your money off at the game.

Not going to the game or traveling past the High School? Monetary donations and supply items can be sent or dropped off at the main office and lobby of Rushwood. Feel free to send in monetary donations to school in an envelope labeled, “Hurricane Harvey”. Place the monetary donation in your child’s take home folder and place it in the ‘return to school’ side. Your child’s homeroom teacher will send it to our main office. Thank you very much for your support!

The collection will run through THIS FRIDAY, September 1st.
