Job and Family Services closed on Thursday, March 22, and Friday, March 23, 2018

On Thursday, March 22, and Friday, March 23, Summit County Executive Ilene Shapiro’s Department of Job and Family Services (DJFS) at 1180 South Main Street, its offices in the OhioMeansJobs Center at 1040 East Tallmadge Avenue, and its satellite locations within the county will be closed for statewide upgrades to its computer system. During this time, staff will be unable to process applications or make inquiries into cases; however, customers may drop off paperwork, such as applications, documents, and verifications, and use the self-service scanners. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, March 26.

DJFS thanks the community for its patience as it continues to make upgrades that will improve the delivery of services to its customers.
