Job and Family Services closed on Tuesday, February 20, 2018

On Tuesday, February 20, Summit County Executive Ilene Shapiro’s Department of Job and Family Services at 1180 South Main Street, its offices in the OhioMeansJobs Center at 1040 East Tallmadge Avenue, and its satellite locations within the county will be closed to allow for statewide upgrades to our computer system. During this time, staff will be unable to process applications or make inquiries into cases. Customers may drop off paperwork such as applications, documents, and verifications and use the self-serve scanning only. Normal business operations will resume on Wednesday, February 21. We thank the community for its patience as we continue to make upgrades that will improve the delivery of services to our customers.
