On 07/16/2019 at approximately 1924 hours, a Macedonia police officer was flagged down by a passerby in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby, 8210 Macedonia Commons Blvd #42, referencing a suspicious male.

The passerby advised the police officer that there was a suspicious male with tattoos on his arms looking into car windows in the Home Depot parking lot. The 44 year old male was then seen getting into an older white van and driving across the street behind Walgreens. He stated that male parked his vehicle and took a bike out of the back and rode off on the bike towards SR 82.

The police officer advised dispatch of the information and went to the Walgreens parking lot to locate the vehicle. The officer observed a white van backed in to a parking spot next to a dumpster that matched the description the police officer was given.
