Solving the Museum of Dr. Jones: An “Escape Room” Program
Up to ten participants per event use their puzzle-solving talents, logic, communication skills, and ingenuity to escape the 4 challenging rooms of the “Nordonia Museum” within a one-hour time limit. Four sessions will be offered. Registration required – ticket entry only.

Muffins with Mom
Come and share a muffin with your mom, grandma, or other special lady on Saturday, May 13, 11am. Registration is suggested for purchasing craft supplies.

Writers’ Guild of Nordonia Hills
Writers wanted! New writers and old hands welcome: fiction, nonfiction, and everything in between. Have your work critiqued and give feedback to others in a fun and friendly environment. Nordonia Hills Game Time
The library hosts a regular gaming “meet-up” each month for patrons who enjoy board games, cards, chess, role-playing, war games, and collectible card games. The next meet-up will be on Saturday, May 20, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Join fellow local players – Sharpen your intellect – Enjoy the social aspects of games. Refreshments are served. No registration is necessary.

College Funding Workshop
The cost of a college education has skyrocketed and, as a result, many parents feel completely overwhelmed, with little to no guidance on how they can minimize the cost of college. College Funding Educators of America was formed to provide comprehensive education to parents so that they can maximize financial aid and understand various college funding strategies that will help reduce their family’s out-of-pocket expenses. We all have stuff, and some of us have lots of stuff! At some point, we (or our families) will have to deal with our stuff. This can be a big and emotionally challenging job. Andrew Richmond discusses why you need to plan for your stuff, helpful planning tips, when & how to get an appraisal, ways of selling your personal property, and how to prepare yourself mentally.
