The Northfield Village McDonald’s will be getting a $560,000 facelift, pending the Planning Commission recommendation to the Northfield Village Council. Council then must approve of the plans, and the variance requested for additional signage. The Planning Commission will meet September 27th at the Village Hall to view the proposal, and discuss the sign variance requested by Larsen Architects, and Podijil Builders. The Northfield Village McDonald’s, 3850 square feet, is now a corporate owned, Columbus based, site that is now over ten years old.
