My father decided one summer that I would accompany him to the job sites where they were constructing in-ground pools. He saw this as an opportunity to build character and for me to make some extra money. Dad always seemed to be looking for opportunities to build
my character. To this day, I don’t know if I had potential, or that he was more worried about me, and that I might be living with him for the rest of my adult life.
