Dan Molnar, long time resident of Macedonia and Nordonia Hills area. Graduated in 2001 from Nordonia HS, also attended CVCC in the construction Trades program. After 2001 Dan worked various jobs in the construction field. In 2006 he started working for a local family owned Restaurant in the Maintenance Department repairing the buildings and equipment. A position opened up for Catering Director where he has done an exceptional job for the past 6 years driving sales, Marketing, and hosting large Catered events.
After noticing a retired Mobile Command center for sale on his daily route home “and watching the movie Chef several times” Dan and his Fiancée Felicia decided it was time to make a move and build a food truck like no one has ever seen. Within six months Dan made his vision a reality with the help of many supportive family and friends, a true masterpiece was built and ready to hit the road. They came up with the name SWAT Food Truck because, it looks like a SWAT vehicle and it would go great with the themed menu of Stuffed Burgers. SWAT now stands for Stuffed With Amazing Taste featuring several varieties of Stuffed Burgers, Fresh cut fries, Homemade Chicken Salad Wraps, and fresh hand dipped corn dogs. Swat food truck will be at the Tallmadge food truck festival Sunday 5/22/16. You can also come get “Stuffed” at the annual Macedonia Fun Fest where they will be 6/2- 6/6.
