Spitzer Family turned property over to Mark Escaja

The Spitzer family has handed the development of their Property in Northfield Township to Mark Escaja, a nationally known veteran real estate developer and former leader of  DeBartolo Property Group who previously developed the Crossings at Golden Link, the Regional Shopping Center directly across the street that is home to Target, Lowe’s and Giant Eagle.
