Summit County Division of Public Safety Invites Schools to Participate in 9-1-1 Video Contest

Summit County Executive Shapiro’s Division of Public Safety is inviting all Summit County public high school students (grades 9-12) to partake in a 9-1-1 Video Contest that will be used to teach pre-school children how and when to properly use 9-1-1.  The contest prize is $500.00 and will be awarded to the public school of the winning entry. Videos will be judged based on informational accuracy, creativity, and entertainment value. The contest winner’s video will be shown to pre-school age children participating in Safety Towns that receive 9-1-1 presentations from the Summit County Division of Public Safety.

The deadline for video consent forms and submission is June 1, 2018 via email to: skwiecien@summitoh.net.
