What elements can be added?

A parking/meeting area at the end of the parade
Formal submission to take part of the parade
Education of youth/public
Increase youth attendance at ceremony
Flyers/flags/instructional handouts at beginning of parade
All local residents are invited.
The committee is looking for one representative of all local groups and organizations to be involved in the planning of the parade.
