I am happy to announce the winners of our 2020 State Farm/Summit County Sheriff’s Office billboard campaign.The first place design and winner of $500 cash is Alyssa McHugh. Her billboard design will go up beginning November 4th, at the intersection of Manchester Road and State Street in Green. It will remain up for at least 30 days.
