At approximately 1532 hrs I was dispatched to a residential home to a report of illegal dumping.
Upon my arrival I was met by the home owner. They state that at approximately 1530 he noticed that a gallon Ziplock bag full of cooked hamburgers was left on his front lawn. They stated that sometime in April 2017 an entire ham and May 2017 a package of raw sausages were left in the same spot.
They stated that they do not know of any reason why someone would leave meat in his front yard but that it was suspicious. They requested that their address be added to the house check list.
