Obituary: Mary D. Reville (nee Zick)

Mary D. Reville (nee Zick), age 92, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2018. She was born January 8, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio. She met her husband Ray (who preceded her in death in 2001) at Euclid Beach Park where they fell in love and then married in 1946. Mary & Ray shared a long life together filled with love and passion (they kept a sprig of mistletoe hanging in their house all year round to “smooch” under). The house was filled with laughter, happiness and children! Mary is the loving mother of eleven children; Mary Semon (Rick), Marge Massey (Gene), Jim (Maryanne), Raymond III (Cathie), Bob (Joyce), Richard (Denise), Sue Seman (Bob), Mike (Susan), Tom (Lainee), Patti Maholm (Tim) and Ann Luketic (Tony). Mary was a very devoted grandmother to over 100 grandchildren & great-grandchildren and never missed sending each of them a birthday card. She is the dear sister of Alice (Jim), Roseanne (Paul), Margy (Dave), Hank (Toni) and Joe and Aunt to countless others. Please join us in celebrating her life at St. Mary Catholic Church at 300 Union St, Bedford, OH 44146. Family and friends are asked to meet on Tuesday, July 3rd for visitation from 9-11 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Interment following at All Saints Cemetery (Northfield, OH). Mary and Ray devoted their lives to helping those in need and, to continue their commitment, in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in her name to Ohio Hands & Voices, The Ehlers-Danlos Society and the Hospice of the Western Reserve.
