The Nordonia varsity basketball team lost Friday’s game against North Royalton (OH) by a score of 62-58.
Madison Buckles is escorted by her pare~ts, Scott and Michelle and sisters, Allie and Katie. She is a member of High Honor Roll and president of National Honor Society. Maddie is a 3-year letterman in Girls’ Soccer and a 2-year letterman in Cheerleading. She plans to attend Hiram; college as a member of their cheer and stunt team and major in Biomedical Humanities and minor in Spanish.
Abbey Canupp is escorted by her parents Scott and Lisa. She is a member of High Honor Roll Roll and National Honor Society. Abbey is a 3-year letterman in Cheerleading and has also lettered in Gymnastics. She plans to attend the University of Cincinnati to study nursing.
Mia Petros is escorted by her parents, Brian and Channon and brother, Drew. She has been a member of Honor Roll all 4-years. Mia has cheered for 4-years in high school and is also a 2-year letterman. She plans to attend the University of Cincinnati in the fall.
Luke Jackson is escorted by his parents, Jeff.and Donna, and sister Leah. He is a
member of High Honor Roll and a 3-year letterman in Baseball and a 2-year
letterman in Basketball. Luke plans to attend college to major in engineering or
cybersecurity.
Logan Jankowski is escorted by his mother, Dana Jankowski and father, Mitch Petty. He is a member of Merit Roll and is also a 2-year letterman in Basketball. Logan plans to attend a trade school upon graduation and loves to do auto detailing.
Owen Licht is escorted by his parents, Bryan and Mary-Margaret. He is a member of High Honor Roll and National Honor Society and has also lettered in Boys’ Soccer. Owen has committed to The Ohio State University to pursue a degree in Marketing and minor in Psychology.
Josh Malone is escorted by his parents, Greg and Jill, sister Elizabeth and grandma Ginny. Josh is a member of Honor Roll and a 2-year letterman in Basketball. He plans to attend Kent State University and major in computer science.
Clay McMillan is escorted by his parents, Dave and Karen, brothers, Cody and Connor and sister, Maddie. He has played basketball for 4-years and is a 2-letterman and Scholar Athlete. Clay plans to attend the University of Akron to ~-major in Engineering.
Robert Watson is escorted by his parents, Robert and Kimberly. He is member of High Honor Roll, Student Council and a 2-year letterman in Basketball. Robert plans to attend college to continue playing basketball and study Psychology.
