Let’s face it, these are stressful times. Our new reality has been defined by social distancing, an economic downturn, and an insidious virus – on top of everything else we already deal with on a daily basis. That’s enough to make anyone feel they’re losing control. But we don’t have to feel that way. Did you know we can learn to positively respond to life’s challenges, and readily trade stress for calmness and joy? All while transforming all aspects of our life? Does this sound difficult or even impossible? It’s actually quite easy with expert guidance from Hal Elrod.
In case you’ve not heard of Hal Elrod, he is a best-selling author and sought-after inspirational speaker who lives his mission to “elevate the consciousness of humanity, one morning at a time.” Some background on Hal: At age 20, Hal was hit by a drunk driver, died for six minutes, broke multiple bones, fell into a coma, and upon waking was told he’d never walk again. Well, Hal not only walked again, but ran a 52-mile ultra-marathon! Later he even overcame a rare cancer. This courageous and determined man discovered the formula for overcoming whatever life puts in our path and achieving our goals and dreams, and has since dedicated his life to sharing that formula with others. It’s called SAVERS from his best-selling book, “The Miracle Morning.”
SAVERS is an easy-to-remember acronym that stands for Silence-Affirmations-Visualization-Exercise-Reading-Scribing. All it requires is that you dedicate 20 minutes each morning to this life-changing activity. Following is a brief introduction to each step in the SAVERS program that can be done in any order:
- Silence – Practice meditation in silence, programming your subconscious mind for peak performance
- Affirmations – Read result-oriented positive affirmations aloud. Start with Hal’s pre-written affirmations and then write your own if you wish
- Visualization – Visualize your goals coming to life – relationships, home, career, and more
- Exercise – Spend time on a short 7-minute routine to get your blood flowing
- Reading – Read a chapter of a life-changing book
- Scribing – Record your thoughts in a journal – both good and bad – for personal growth
For all the details on how to enable SAVERS transform your life, I highly recommend you read Hal’s transformational book “The Miracle Morning”. Visit his website https://www.miraclemorning.com/ where you can access free content and information on all of his books, podcast, movie and live events.
Be well!
