Come and Explore the History of Your Community. The Palmer House Museum will be re-opening on July 25th from 1 to 4 pm. The museum is housed in one of the few remaining vertical-beam construction homes in Ohio and is located at 9390 Olde Eight Road in Northfield Center, Ohio, next to Northfield Elementary School.
Built in 1844 the Palmer House represents the history of the Nordonia Hill’s communities. The museum has a large collection of historical items and photographs from the area for the past 150 years. The museum is presented to you by the Historical Society of Olde Northfield.
Due to the historical nature of the building, it is not wheelchair accessible.
There is no charge to tour the museum.
