“We eagerly anticipate the opening of our new Nordstrom Rack store in Macedonia, as it strengthens our retail presence and introduces new customers to our distinctive range of products,” said Carl Jenkins, Senior Vice President of Nordstrom Rack Stores. “Along with enjoying exceptional brands at fantastic prices, our Macedonia customers can fully benefit from this convenient location for picking up online orders and processing returns.”
Spanning 28,000 square feet, the store will be situated in Macedonia Gateway, a recently redeveloped shopping center featuring other retailers like Burlington, Petco, and Best Buy. Additionally, it has been announced that a Sephora store will be opening next door. Owned and managed by Cipriani Investments, Macedonia Gateway is strategically located at the intersection of Route 82 and Route 8. The plans for this new store were submitted in November of last year at the Macedonia planning commission meeting. With this new addition, Nordstrom will operate seven Nordstrom Rack stores and three Nordstrom stores in Ohio. The store is set to open in spring 2024.
“We are delighted to welcome Nordstrom Rack to Macedonia Gateway. This iconic retail brand will bring a dynamic shopping experience to the community and complement our exceptional line-up of top-tier stores,” said Michael Cipriani, President and CEO of Cipriani Investments.
