CINDY M. ZEE (nee Harter); age 61, passed away September 30, 2023; loving mother to Michael A. and Krista M.; adored and loving grandma to Carson and Kazelyn; daughter to the late Donald Harter and the late Jean Harter (nee Kurtnitis); caring sister to Donald Harter (Ronnie Lee), Ron Harter (Jessie), and Tim Harter (Diann).  Cindy worked in human resources and payroll throughout her working career.  Most of all she enjoyed being a grandma and all that came with it.  Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W.
