The Browns have had a lot of starting quarterbacks since coming back to the league in 1999, 40 to be exact. It’s no secret that the vast majority of these 40 QBs haven’t played well during their time here, but to say that each and every quarterback was terrible would be an extreme overstatement. Some played well above average, while a certain handful actually performed outstanding. Now don’t get your hopes up, none of these guys are Otto Graham level QBs, but these are the best quarterbacks we’ve had since ’99.
