We are excited to announce that we will be offering weekly Baby Signs Workshops and Zumbini Classes to our group fitness schedule in April! Join Allison Taylor, a Zumbini and Baby Signs Instructor, in this informative Parent Seminar that will give you some insight on what to expect from these classes and workshops.
Zumbini at the RAC – Zumbini is an early childhood music and movement program that is designed for babies and toddlers, from birth to 4 years old, and their caregivers. It blends music, movement, and sensory experiences to promote cognitive, emotional, social and physical development.
Baby Signs at the RAC – The Baby Signs Parent Workshop introduces parents to the history of the Baby Signs movement and research behind the program. Parents will be provided the knowledge and strategies they need to begin teaching their children to use signs. Most importantly, the workshop participants will learn about the many benefits for families who incorporate signing into their daily lives.
