Health is more than the mere absence of disease. Health is a state of physical, mental and emotional well-being—it is one the most important assets we cherish. Everything we do is affected by our health. Work, family life, hobbies, sleep and all activities of daily living are impacted by the state of our health. If we are not healthy enough to work, care for or spend time with our spouses, children and loved ones, suddenly health becomes all that matters. As a health expert in the Macedonia area, I hope everyone reading this article will consider my advice in order to understand the value of good health.
THE MIND, BODY AND EMOTIONS ARE INTERCONNECTED HEALTH
If we injure our physical body, a visit to a chiropractor for a treatment is a promising idea. However, our physical body is not our only concern. Emotional health can disturb the health and well-being of our physical health. Emotional trauma like physical trauma not properly cared for can lead to physical illness. Consequently, unresolved emotional pain can lead to destructive behaviors that can affect us individually, as well as our family and friends. Similarly, our mental health can affect our physical or emotional health. Researchers have discovered that poor mental health can contribute to musculoskeletal problems, heart disease, lung disorders, gastrointestinal illness and more. Therefore, it is wise and prudent to seek professional help if we experience pain from emotional trauma or mental health problems.
CHIROPRACTIC CARE TREATS THE WHOLE PERSON
For more than hundred years chiropractic physicians have been treating the whole person—mind, body and emotions. We have always been the leading pioneers in the field of safe, natural health care for the whole person—currently referred to as lifestyle medicine. For more than twenty-five years I have been the leading expert in lifestyle medicine in northeast Ohio. Lifestyle medicine treats the whole person with natural foods (food is the best medicine), nutritional supplements, chiropractic adjustments, stress management and encouragement of positive social and community interactions. Since writing five books on lifestyle medicine, broadcasting on the radio on the subject for over 20 years, and treating over 14,000 patients with lifestyle medicine, I know a thing or two about the subject.
I’d like to personally invite everyone to come into our office for a FREE LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION, includes one chiropractic adjustment ($150 value) call 330-908-0094.
