During a recent visit to Wayback Burgers in Macedonia, I sampled their newest offerings – the Spicy Melt burger and Garlic Romano Fries. As someone who regularly enjoys spicy foods, I found the Spicy Melt to be more about rich flavors than intense heat. The standout features were the delightfully crispy edges of the toasted bun and generous layers of melted cheese that brought the whole sandwich together.
The Garlic Romano Fries proved to be a solid companion to the burger. They maintained their crispiness throughout the meal, and the romano cheese topping added a savory note that worked well with traditional ketchup.
