Chick fil A will host a collection day for Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse that delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need around the world.
Anyone who drops off a shoebox filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10 am – 2 pm will receive a coupon for a free sandwich.
Empty shoeboxes can be picked up at the store anytime before November 10.
The local community is encouraged to join in showing God’s love to a child overseas by packing shoeboxes with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items. These gifts will be delivered to children affected by war, disease, disaster, poverty and famine, and may be the first gift they have ever received.
