TWINSBURG/NORDONIA – The Business Leadership Training (BLT) is a partnership between Kent State Twinsburg Academic Center and the Twinsburg and Nordonia Hills Chambers of Commerce. The BLT bi-monthly programming is free and open to the public.
The final program of 2021 is “Change is Hard: Leading It Doesn’t Have To Be” and is scheduled via Zoom on Thursday, November 18, from noon – 1 PM. Dr. Susan Emens, Assistant Dean for Kent State Twinsburg Academic Center is the featured presenter. To stay competitive, businesses must adapt quickly to their ever-changing environments. However, managers often face resistance from their workforce when implementing changes, which leads to delays and inefficiencies. In this interactive session, you will explore the process of change management and learn key techniques to use to reduce obstacles and successfully lead your employees through transitions. Join us to learn how to lead your team through change.
