Ruth came to find help from a nice human who cared enough to help her. She is petite and sweet. She is currently housed in a cage because I have no other room for her. She is available to an indoor only home to foster, foster to adopt or adopt. She is spayed, felv/fiv/hw negative, rabies, leuk and fvrcp vaccinated, deflead, dewormed.
