Thank you thank you, to the Nordonia Hills business community for your support of our 2015 Friends & Family Holiday Party. The Party Committee, led by Marilyn Knapp and Maria Dubnicka, brought in more sponsorships and donations than ever before. Almost 100 area business people attended and enjoyed music and Christmas Ale provided by Party Safari, wine provided by Margie Valenti, RE/MAX Crossroads, and refreshments from Chick-fil-A, Spennato’s, Pat Dee’s Pub and Applebee’s. Thank you to all attendees who donated appetizers and desserts to share and canned goods for the Emergency Assistance Center -195# of it! Western Reserve Hospital also donated $300 worth of undergarments for the EAC. Penny Haser (CVCC) and Karen Hovorka (Nordonia Hills schools) guided students as they set up refreshments and kept the buffet tables neat and tidy. One more time – hats off to the hard-working committee- Marilyn Knapp-Walko (Mary Kay Beauty), Maria Dubnicka (ComForcare Senior Services), Margie Valenti (Re/Max Crossroads), Pat Waldron (Ridgway Insurance), Penny Haser (Cuyahoga Valley Career Center), Lisa Ogrin (Brentwood Health Care Center), Alyson Newell (Ferfolia Funeral Home) Judy Hamilton (Mary Kay Beauty), and April Thomas (Panda Promotions). Western Reserve Hospital led the way as our Spirit of the Season Sponsor, with 11 Sleigh Bell sponsors, 8 Jingle Bell Sponsors and 4 Silver Bell Sponsors following.
