Knight Watch: A Knights Weekly Sports Recap written by student reporter Christopher Hovanetz, and sharing sports highlights and updates from across The Nordonia Hills School District.

Nordonia Football Battles Hard Against Hudson

Nordonia halts at yet another tough loss to longtime rival Hudson and the Explorers. It was still a great game filled with some exciting plays — including an incredible moment when Dominick Jackson slipped past three defenders for a touchdown!

While it’s a tough one for Knights Nation, there’s still hope for the playoffs this year. The team is determined to bounce back and grab a much-needed win against Stow-Munroe Falls in their next matchup. Keep your heads up, Knights — there’s still plenty of football left to play!

Freshman Football Update

Our freshman squad also faced Hudson and came up just short. They now sit at 4–5 on the season, but they’ve shown great improvement and teamwork throughout. It’s been exciting watching the Knights improving week after week!

Our Nordonia Volleyball team continues to shine! The Knights improved their record to 17–6 after a strong win against Shaker Heights. Next up, they’ll be facing Hoover on the road at @Hoover. Let’s cheer them on as they continue their impressive season!
