Nordonia Athletics Update
It was a busy and competitive stretch for Nordonia athletics, highlighted by an exciting overtime victory and continued action across multiple sports programs.
Boys Basketball
Nordonia earned a hard-fought overtime win against Lutheran West, showing determination and composure in a tight contest. The Knights will return to action on Friday the 26th when they face Whitmer in another important matchup. The team will look to carry the momentum from this win as they continue their season.
Boys Wrestling
Nordonia Junior Varsity boys wrestling is set to begin competition at the Coventry JV Tournament. This tournament will provide valuable experience for the wrestlers as they continue to develop their skills and prepare for the challenges ahead this season.
Girls Basketball
The girls basketball team faced another tough matchup, resulting in a loss that brings their record to 1–9 on the season. Despite the outcome, the team continues to work hard and gain experience, staying focused on improvement and growth moving forward.
Hockey
Nordonia hockey battled throughout their game but ultimately fell as the momentum shifted in Normandy’s favor. Normandy went on to secure a 7–1 victory, but the Knights continued to compete until the final whistle.

Nordonia basketball tips off again this week as the Knights prepare to take on Stow-Munroe Falls next Tuesday. Fans can expect an exciting matchup as the team looks to build momentum and continue competing at a high level as the season progresses.
On the girls basketball side, the Knights picked up a win over Midview in their most recent outing. While the victory was a positive step forward, the team currently sits at a 2–10 overall record.
