Nordonia winter sports are heating up as hockey, girls basketball and bowling open their seasons with energy, resilience and promise.
The Nordonia hockey team continues to push through the early stretch of their season with determination. Although the Knights took a tough loss to a strong Notre Dame–Cathedral Latin squad, the team showed impressive resilience. They bounced back quickly, delivering a solid and well-earned victory against Cleveland Heights.
Following hockey, attention shifts to the girls basketball program, which is preparing for an exciting start to its regular season. The girls open their schedule with a matchup against Strongsville, a game that is sure to set the tone for the months ahead.
The team has been working hard during preseason practices, sharpening their skills, strengthening team chemistry, and setting goals for the year. Players are eager to finally hit the court, put their preparation into action, and show the progress they have made. With returning leaders and enthusiastic new contributors, the roster is poised for growth, energy, and competitive gameplay.
