UMC of Macedonia Hosts Tetelestai, Cleveland’s Own Passion Play, in 2026
MACEDONIA, Ohio – The United Methodist Church of Macedonia will host Tetelestai, “It Is Finished,” a musical portrayal of the trial, execution, and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah, during the 2026 Lenten season.
Produced by Cleveland Performing Arts Ministries, Tetelestai features script and lyrics by Joel Nagy with musical score by Russ Nagy. The 2026 season is based on Luke 24:31–32 and will be presented across multiple churches in Northeast Ohio.
Performances are scheduled Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Admission is free, and donations are accepted to support the ministry.
