Weapon Offense at Resident’s Home – 06/09/2019
Officers responded to a resident’s home where an individual had pulled a gun on the resident. Two neighbors were arguing about the other’s noise and a section of whose lawn was whose. One resident had an odor of alcohol on his breathe. One resident had a gun on his side but supposedly never pulled. A video of the verbal altercation was caught on tape. Both parties had conflicting stories without any evidence or non-biased witnesses. There are no charges at this time.
Weapon Offense at Local Restaurant – 06/21/2019
Officers responded to a local restaurant where a male had pulled a gun on someone. By the time officers arrived the individual had left the scene. Conversation with the individual that made the call indicated that another individual had shown his gun because the caller was taking to long to park his car. The caller was able to give the officers a description of the car and license plate. The car was found as well as the individuals. They gave the officers a slightly different version of what happened in the parking lot. The officers spoke with a prosecutor about the incident and based on both stories indicated that the individuals that left the scene were at fault.
