At the April 20th Planning Meeting two projects got the green light. The planning commission met virtually in April.

The planning commission gave conditional use approval to Cleanland Car Wash for the property on South Freeway Drive next to the I-271 North entrance ramp. See below documentation and street view image of the proposed project.
Also at the same meeting, representatives from McAlister’s Deli presented final plans for the project in Macedonia Commons and received final plan approval. See the plans below.
