It’s time to roll up your sleeves and get the ball rolling for the Community Expo. Here’s a few ways you can help promote your business without a booth.
1. Bring us your pens! Drop off your pens at the chamber office before Wednesday, March 9, and we’ll hand them out from the Chamber Booth and the Scholarship Raffle Table. Or you can bring them to the Chamber meeting Thursday, March 10, at Spennato’s
2. Volunteer! All volunteers that work 3+ hours will get a free meal at the Expo. And we’ll feed our Friday help as well. Here are your options
a. Set up on Friday (March 18) – 1-8 pm
· help put up tables & chairs
· help cover the tables & attach skirting
· help vendors move their materials in
· Miscellaneous set up
b. Expo day – Saturday – March 19
· Greeters needed 8:45 – 1:00 at 3 doors to hand out programs & bags -tennis door, front door & auditorium
· Raffle ticket sellers – 8:30 – 3:30
This is a great way to promote your business if you only have a few hours. Wear your logo shirt or badge so everyone knows who you are. We’re only asking for a few hours.
