After 37 years as Executive Director, Community Focus’ Jeff Cole is moving to a part-time role within the organization, with a retirement date set for September of 2020. Mr. Cole will continue in his capacity as Friday Night Football color announcer throughout the entire 2019 high school season and will assist with other in-house production/office duties, setting the table for a smooth transition.
Mary Kidd, longtime Senior Production Manager at the station, will assume her new role of Executive Director beginning September 20, 2019. Residents will recognize Ms. Kidd as co-host of the popular “Moore Movies” review show and is well-known throughout the Focus communities.
“I am honored and grateful for this opportunity and want to thank my co-workers for their support during this transition,” said Ms. Kidd.
