Nordonia Knights 11U watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in an 8-1 loss to Wadsworth on Tuesday. Wadsworth scored on a triple by Hammer in the first inning, a groundout by Hodas in the second inning, and a single by Dishauzi in the second inning.
The Nordonia Knights 11U struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Wadsworth, giving up eight runs.
In the first inning, Wadsworth got their offense started when Hammer tripled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.
