The Lady Knights have officially kicked off their 2023 soccer season as they start out with an even record of (1-1).
Their first game of the season was on the road against Lake (Uniontown) where they defeated the Blue Streaks 1-0.
The only goal of the game was scored in the first half of the game.
The Lady Knight’s game after defeating Lake (Uniontown) was at home against Louisville.
Many players struggled during this game as the Lady Knights could not defeat the Leopards.
Louisville defeated the Lady Knights by a final score of 3-0.
Two goals were scored by the Leopards in the first half, following a third goal being scored in the second half of the game.
The Girls’ soccer team’s next game is Saturday on the road against GlenOak where the Lady Knights look to get back into the win column against the Golden Eagles.
