The Brunswick Tee Off Classic got underway on Thursday with 20 teams competing. The competition was held at the Pine Hills Golf Club Course. The Knights shot 324 as a team to place tenth out of 20 competing schools.
The team was led by Senior Drew Kitzmiller, who shot 71. Senior Ben Mallis shot 81, Sophomore Ryan Mallis shot 90, Junior Caden Cook shot 82, and Grant Lucician shot 108 individually against a field of over 90 competing golfers. The Knights edged past the Batting Bee (325).

Drew Kitzmiller: Face of The Knight at Brookfield Tournament
The Knights traveled to the Yankee Run Golf Club at 7610 Warren-Sharon Road, Brookfield, on Wednesday for the Brookfield Varsity Tournament. The Boys had a great run in the competition. One of the players that stood out for the team was Senior Drew Kitzmiller, who posted a 77. Kitzmiller has been shooting in the 70s in recent days, which is a massive improvement from the 91 he posted at the Surbudan tournament this fall season. Drew Kitzmiller placed 5th at the Brookfield Varsity Tournament. The Knights finished 11th out of 18 teams overall.
Up Next: The Nordonia Knight Golf Boys team will be participating in the Hoover Co-Ed Invitational competition on August 14th at the Arrowhead Golf Club. The event commences at 8:30 a.m.
