FiA Cleveland South Donates Food to The Emergency Assistance Center, Northfield OH

The women of the FiA- Cleveland South Branch collected food for a month to donate to The Emergency Assistance Center in Northfield OH. FiA, a national women-only organization, has recently launched a Cleveland South chapter. FiA is for all women interested in improving their health while developing friendships that will strengthen their communities. FiA offers free bootcamp workouts, walks and opportunities for women to strengthen their bodies, minds and hearts. The mission of The Emergency Assistance Center is to provide food, clothing and personal hygiene items, as well as seasonal support, to our Northern Summit County neighbors in need.

The women brought canned goods and other non-perishable food items to each work out from Thanksgiving to December 22. The FiA members donated approximately 8 bags of non-perishables and enjoyed engaging in a community service project while having a fitness program associated with it! Currently FiA meets Wednesdays in Brecksville and Sundays in Sagamore Hills.
