Event combines Halloween fun with community giving in Macedonia
Girl Scout Troop 39671-Voice Crew will host JGLow Trunk or Treat on Sunday, Nov. 2, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio Council building on One Girl Scout Way in Macedonia.
The free event invites families to enjoy an indoor, walk-through trick-or-treating experience. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to wear costumes. The first 100 Girl Scout members to arrive will receive a patch.
Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or hygiene product to donate. All collected items will benefit the Emergency Assistance Center in Northfield.
The event will feature multiple displays for families to vote on their favorite. The open house-style format allows participants to move through at their own pace.
