* Who am I?
My name is Darayus Sethna. I am a studying journalism at Ohio University in Athens, OH with the goal of one day being a reporter or broadcaster for an NBA team.
I previously attended Nordonia High School and hosted a podcast known as “The Cleveland Sports Show”. I worked as a writer for NordoniaHills.News and was also the play-by-play broadcaster for the school’s boys varsity basketball team. In the summer of 2019, I had the chance to do an internship at an Akron radio station, WAKR, with Ray Horner.
During my time at Ohio University, I am continuing to practice my broadcast and writing skills. I am practicing my play-by-play skills with Bobcat TV, learning the ins and outs of formal news reporting at WOUB Public Media, and also continuing to improve my writing skills.
I also was able to do another play-by-play practice broadcast of an Ohio Bobcats basketball game
