Sylvia, It has come to my attention that this article is going to be disseminated to the general public.
Here are the following questions that I would like for you to respond to for your misleading information:
Q Are you’re the Author and/or contributor to the information that is contained within the attached document as some sort of news ad? (see below)
Q Do you acknowledge the fact that this is not the Mayor’s tax Proposal and that this issue was passed by the majority of council?
Q Do you acknowledge the Fact that Ordinance 11 (click to see ordinance) which placed Issue 3 on the Ballot designates how the money is specifically earmarked and how much is allocated to the general fund, capital improvement fund for roads, etc?
Q Do you acknowledge the fact that your statement that the Rte 8 curb cut to the Crossings is a 100% Assessment to the property owners that will cost approximately $500,000 and will not cost the taxpayers one dime?
Q Do you also acknowledge the fact that the round-about that you reference as a part of the five year plan for Route 82 and Valley View Road was the recommendation by the Redevelopment and future Growth Committee which was made up of Macedonia Residents and the report was merely given for guidance to the general public as well as the present and future councils. (Click to see attached 5 year Capital plan) It was not Ranked as a High Priority.
Q Do you acknowledge the fact that by disseminated misleading information to the general public is reckless, offensive and destructive to the best interest of our fine community?
Q Do you also acknowledge that the Citizens for Macedonia Fiscal Responsibility has received contributions from Jorge Pla who has sued the City for millions of dollars and lost his case and the owners of Plastic Process that spent thousands of dollars for your campaign for mayor (see below).
