I received on Wednesday a letter from Mark Altier, who is with the Ohio Auditors office. His letter indicates that the investigation into the Rosemary Barrett-Fire District 27 THEFT IN OFFICE IS NOT OVER. This letter contradicts Sagamore Hills/Northfield Center Trustees and local law officials who claim there is no longer an ongoing investigation. Perhaps wishful thinking on their part. There have been too many deceptive comments that have led me to believe from day one, that a cover up has occurred, and people are scrambling to cover this matter up. Public comments made against my facts, character and integrity have me considering my legal options based on the WHISTLE BLOWERS law. I applaud Mr. Altier for being diligent in his job to find the truth. SOMEONE HAS TO! Below is the correspondence I received from Mr. Altier:
I secured an update on this matter. I am advised that the information will be presented at the next Special Audit Task Force meeting. The Task Force is a committee of AOS employees who are engaged in the investigation of potential theft and fraud involving public money. It makes determinations as to the initiation of special audits to investigate such situations. I am advised that the Task Force meets monthly and that the next meeting of that body will be conducted in mid-November. Thanks for your ongoing interest.
