New Repairs
Interstate 271 in the City of Macedonia
(Wednesday, November 2 – Wednesday, November 9)
Beginning on Wednesday, November 2, Ledge Rd. under I-271 will be closed through Wednesday evening, November 9 for waterline work. The detour will be SR 8 to Alexander Rd. to SR 82.
(Tuesday, November 8 – Tuesday, November 15)
Beginning Tuesday, November 8, N. Freeway Dr. under I-271 will be closed through Tuesday, November 15 for waterline work. The detour will be N. Bedford Rd. to Alexander Rd.

SR 82 between SR 8 and S. Bedford Rd. has various nightly lane restrictions between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for roadway resurfacing.

I-271 between SR 8 and the Cuyahoga County line has occasional lane restrictions for roadway widening. This work is part of a $50.9 million project to reconstruct and widen I-271 between SR 8 and the Cuyahoga County line. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by mid-November 2016.
Ongoing Repairs
State Route 82 in the City of Macedonia

SR 82 between Alexandria Dr. and Longwood Park has various daily lane restrictions for restriping. This work is part of a $4.6 million project to resurface and widen SR 82 between Alexandria Drive and the Twinsburg Corporation limit. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by mid-November 2016.
State Route 91 in the City of Twinsburg

Glenwood Ave. at the SR 91 roundabout has various daily lane closures for roadway construction and striping through mid-November.

SR 91 between Post Rd. and Glenwood Dr. has various daily lane restrictions for roadway widening of the southbound side of SR 91. This work is part of a $4.7 million project to widen and reconstruct SR 91 between Post Rd. and Glenwood Dr. The project also includes drainage repairs and the installation of a roundabout on SR 91 and Glenwood Dr. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by mid- November 2016.
Interstate 271 in Northfield Center Township

I-271 southbound one mile south of SR 8 is reduced to two 10 foot lanes for a slope repair. This work is part of a $1.8 million project to repair the slope on the southbound side of I-271 just north of Brandywine Rd. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by early December 2016.
Interstate 271 in Richfield Village & Richfield Township

Motorists traveling on I-271 northbound from just north of the Medina County line to the Ohio Turnpike should be aware of a bi-directional traffic pattern. Although two lanes of traffic are maintained in each direction on I-271 southbound, traffic is now split, with one lane of southbound traffic crossed over onto I-271 northbound, while the second lane remains on I-271 southbound side. This work is part of a $46.4 million project to reconstruct the pavement along I-271 from Broadview Rd. to the Ohio Turnpike. Then entire project is scheduled to be completed by late July 2017.
