Greetings everyone,
The August meeting of the Longwood Manor Historical Society will be held at 10AM on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at the Manor. There have been lots happening since our June meeting so please attend to hear about everything going on. We have invited the mayor to attend this meeting.
Agenda items include:
- electrical repairs/status update
- Rummage sale update
- grant application update/status
- fire inspection report with corrections update
- discussion about football concessions
- discussion about Haunted Mansion
- future plans for the Manor
The Rummage Sale has been held over for a second big sale on Friday 8/25 and Saturday 8/26. I have attached a poster for you. Please print it out and spread the word. We want to pass up the profit of last year’s sale which was almost $1000.00. There will be a $3.00 bag sale all day on Saturday. Tell your friends, neighbors and everyone else.
