We have had a very productive year in 2023 at Longwood Manor. Some of the events held include:
- First Annual Holiday Open House
- Haunted Hallows (for the third year)
- Rummage Sale over 2 weekends (second year)
- Ladies Teas (second year)
- Participation with city in WinterFest (second year)
- Radio TV Presentation by Mike and Janice Olszewski
- Monthly Open Houses
- Laying of wreath on grave of Colonel Long
Major Manor repair accomplished was the restoration of electricity to the second and third floors. Security lights were replaced. We have started monthly checks to emergency lighting, CO detector, sump pump, security system, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to help with compliance in our fire inspections.
We continue to have a presence on social media through our Facebook page and website. Please check out our website (longwoodmanor.org) to reflect some of our events.
Plans for 2024 include continuation of annual events, cleaning of the third floor, painting and repairs to the second floor and needed roof repairs.
