Macedonia Council Meeting 9-8-21: Macedonia to supply fire protection through 2036

Council passed a long-time piece of safety legislation Sept. 9, which will join the city to Sagamore Hills until 2036.

The legislation maintains that Macedonia will continue to supply fire and rescue services to Sagamore Hills.

Northfield Center Township passed a contract Sept. 9, for fire services with Macedonia.

“Sagamore is very enthusiastic to remain with us,” according to Macedonia Council President, Jan Tilley.

Tulley called the thoroughness of the contract “impressive.”

“They will treat you with care and compassion,” Molnar said.
